the experience was shockingly underwhelming. they refused to allow children without extorting us into renting another apartment, so our family was forced to suffer. also, parking is an absolute hassle, with no staff to guide clueless guests. if only they'd bothered to offer a complimentary gesture to at least show they care for their guests' needs, I almost considered giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, making it perfect for our family. We particularly enjoyed the roof access, which provided a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the nearby Souq Waqif and the Museum of Islamic Art, both just a short walk away. The cleanliness throughout our stay really stood out, as did the helpfulness of the staff. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, which was a huge bonus while traveling with kids.

Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the helpful woman from the Philippines. The location was convenient with many restaurants and cafes nearby, but I did find some noise issues at night that could be disruptive to light sleepers. Additionally, parking was quite snug, which posed a minor challenge. Still, homemade pies served in the lobby were a delightful treat.

Got a two-bedroom apartment with a private entrance and full kitchen. Super clean and big rooms. Loved the rooftop pool and free spa access. Staff was so helpful, especially with our flight changes. Enjoyed Arabic coffee in the lobby too. Room had a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and separate dining area. No noise disturbed our stay.
